                                                         International action

“Development that meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs” (Our common Future. Report for the World Commission on the Environment and Development)

The aim of the International Action  is to work with schools from other countries to create a sustainable action within your own communities. Sustainable means long-lasting and in balance with the environment. We would like you to create something that leaves a mark in your local community. When you are using resources you have to make sure that you give something back to your community without abusing their resources. What is more, your action has to show the independencies between states in the North and in the South.

Until March 21st: Schools gather in thematic pools (download the instructions)

Until April 8th: Schools find partners for actions

Until June 15th: Preparation of the individual international actions

September until December 2011: Implementation of the Action
